Delivery
How is the delivery carried out?
After entering your information on the contact details page, two delivery methods are available:

Your order will be shipped via Chronopost if you are in mainland France, with delivery against signature.

Your order will be shipped via DHL if you are abroad, with delivery against signature.
Delivery times
If your piece of jewelry is not in stock, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for manufacturing.
If your jewelry is in stock, please allow 72 hours to receive your order, provided there are no delays reported by the carrier.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated directly during the checkout process.
What are the order processing times?
If your jewelry is not in stock, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for manufacturing. Once the piece is ready in our workshop, you will be notified, and it will be shipped within 72 hours.
How can I track my package?
When you receive your shipping confirmation, a tracking number will be provided.
You can then follow the delivery status on the Chronopost or DHL tracking platforms.
Why haven’t I received my tracking number?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
This email will inform you whether your piece is in stock and when it will be shipped.
Exchanges and Returns
Return conditions
You must contact us by email at: contact@vandenabeeleparis.com to provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then inform you of the return conditions, which will be at your own expense.
Please note that your order must be returned at your own cost, in its original condition, and without any signs of wear or alteration. Items will be inspected to ensure they have not been worn or damaged.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving your return, provided the return process has been correctly followed.
If the item is returned late or is damaged, we will contact you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You cannot cancel or modify your order after confirming payment.
However, we invite you to contact us within 48 business hours following payment so that we can cancel the order as quickly as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the package to initiate a return process.
Can I exchange a product?
If you wish to make an exchange, you must first follow the return procedure described above, and then place a new order.
Can I request a refund?
If you wish to be refunded, please contact us by email at contact@vandenabeeleparis.com stating the reason for your request.
If the request is due to non-compliance of the received product and this is confirmed by our manufacturing and quality control department after the return, we will proceed with the refund of the order amount.
Payment Options
What payment options are available?
Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card (VISA/MasterCard). Payment in 4 interest-free installments is also available through PayPal.
Customs Duties
Customs duties and taxes will be collected from the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
If the customer refuses to pay these fees and taxes, the order will be returned to Van Den Abeele Paris. The refund will be issued minus the related costs (shipping and any applicable customs duties and taxes).
